1. Chairmanship of the Meeting
　The meeting shall be chaired by the Chair of the Governing Council of the APWF, Prof. Tommy Koh.

2. Adoption of the agenda
　The provisional agenda of the meeting will be considered for adoption.

3. Announcement and Roadmap towards the 2nd Asia-Pacific Water Summit: Vision and Strategy
　Announcement of the 2nd APWS shall be made by the Chair.
　Roadmap towards the 2nd APWS shall be presented by the Secretariat.

4. Follow-up of the 1st Asia-Pacific Water Summit
　The follow-up activities of concrete initiatives announced in the Policy Brief 2007 and at the1st APWS shall be presented by the all Lead Organizations and implementing organizations, namely ADB, JICA / JBIC, ICHARM, ICIMOD, SOPAC, FAO, PUB / UNESCO, UN-HABITAT / SOK, JWF(APWM, Sanimap, ABU), UNESCAP, GWP CACENA, Asia Society and others if any.

5. Schedule of the Asia-Pacific Water Forum in 2008-2009
　Schedule of the Asia-Pacific Water Forum in 2008-2009 shall be presented by the Secretariat.
　(i) Singapore International Water Week 2008, Singapore, 23-27 June 2008
　(ii) World Water Week, Stockholm, 17-23 August 2008
　(iii) 5th World Water Forum, Istanbul, 15-22 March 2009

6. Other matters
　Any topic of relevance to the APWF may be raised under this item (Time permitting).
