Is the org. of Asia Pacific Water Forum the partner of Global Water partnership. What is the difference on roles and duty that difference from GWP. Who is the representative of Thailand. And how is the government plan to make water users and stakeholder meet the task?

Yes, we are working closely with the GWP for the APWF. GWP also made an agreement with ADB to work together for the APWF last summer.
The APWF is a network to add value to the ongoing activities of regional water stakeholders by linking them effectively. And we have sub regional coordinators in each sub region (Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, Northeast Asia, and Oceania&Pacific). The sub regional coordinator for the Southeast Asia is GWP SEA. APWF Secretariat
